What is Futures for Women?

Futures for Women (FfW) is a registered charity that was founded in 1859. It was originally called the Society for Promoting the Employment of Women, but changed its name to the Society for Promoting the Training of Women in 1926. It became Futures for Women in 2014. The society was set up to encourage women towards economic independence through employment.

The FfW offers training loans for women of all ages seeking to improve their career prospects by undertaking further education and training. The loans are interest free, repayable at realistic rates once the trainee is in work.

You can receive a loan of up to £1,000, depending on your financial circumstances.

How do I apply for funding?
